Carolyn Carpino, A graduate of Ga. Tech, she worked for the Department of Professional and Business Regulation in the 1980's investigating real estate and construction complaints from the public. She has been selling new homes in the Tampa Bay area since 1994 and is now Vice President - Sales and Marketing with Reites and Assoc.
Gene Monroe, Residential Architect, designs each custom home, as he has done for over ten years. In fact, Gene designed La Brisa, the home judged to be the Grand-Overall Award Winner in the 2002 Pinellas County Parade of Homes!
